Background

Xiao was born into the Hyuga Branch House, where the Caged Bird Seal made him property of the Main House. His father, a Branch House elite ninja, disappeared on a supposedly routine C-rank escort mission; Xiao later concluded that the explanation was fabricated. When his mother demanded answers, she was found drowned three days later in what the Main House called an “accidental drowning.” These events convinced him that the Branch House were treated as disposable tools rather than people. 5

His Fate-Breaking System awakened while he remained a sealed Branch House child. It offered Destiny Points, temporary abilities, and Byakugan purification in exchange for altering the tragic “fate nodes” of high-fortune women.
