My Stomach Was Acting Up Again, Taking Leave

Today, maybe eating grilled chicken racks and drinking cold boiled water gave me a stomachache.

I didn't know whether there was something wrong with the chicken racks or with my stomach. Had it gotten to the point where even cold boiled water and meat could upset it...?

My mom said my complexion hadn't looked too good lately, and the skin on my face was peeling. I didn't know if it was because I'd been staying up late.
