Power Outage; Nearly Two Thousand Words Short, I'll Post Them Together Tomorrow

I didn't expect the power to go out at a time like this. I was just a little short of finishing, but my phone was dead too and had only just been plugged in. This was really awkward.

With the last bit of battery, I wanted to let you know first.

I'll combine these two thousand words with the first half of tomorrow's chapter and post four thousand words!

All the bad luck hit at once...
