I'm really sorry. The day before yesterday, my blood pressure reading was high. It was probably because I'd been suffering from insomnia for quite a while recently, and because I got nervous whenever I had my blood pressure taken.
I've also been trying to adjust my schedule lately, and looking things up...
They said that once my schedule was completely back to normal, things should return to normal after about a week, but I still couldn't help feeling anxious.
As for my dizziness, headaches, and fever, I wasn't sure whether they were caused by high blood pressure, my mental state and emotions, or kidney yin deficiency from staying up late before. I had no idea which of the three it was.
All I knew was that I was panicking inside...
When I really couldn't take it anymore and watched comedies, my body felt like it had returned to normal and there was nothing wrong. But the moment I stopped, I felt awful all over again.
It had been the same when I'd suspected I had diabetes before. Once that crisis was over, high blood pressure took its place.
This time, someone even came to my home to take my blood pressure and record the situation. I was nervous as hell at the time. My right arm measured ridiculously high twice, while my left arm was at the upper limit of normal.
I knew that nervousness could raise a person's blood pressure by ten to sixty, so all I could do was hope that adjusting my schedule would help.
Otherwise, with both my schedule and anxiety affecting things, the readings wouldn't be accurate anyway.
So, I'm really sorry!
There might be more days off from updates recently. It was that feeling where I didn't want to think about it, but
