I woke up freezing three times between five and eight this morning, sneezed all day, and it felt like cold air had gotten into my stomach too. My stomach hurt.
I had no idea what five degrees indoors even counted as, but I'd caught a chill.
One sneeze came after another, and it felt like all the strength in my body had gone into sneezing.
I planned to try writing, but I just couldn't do it. Any random sneeze could break my train of thought.
Now, if my stomach got even a little cold, it hurt; if my forehead got even a little cold, I got a headache...
It seemed like all my resistance had been worn away by staying up late over the past ten years...

I knew I stayed up late even before that, but I couldn't remember what time I went to bed.
I wanted to do sit-ups to exercise, but I always strained my abdominal muscles. Each time they healed, I lowered the number of reps, until eventually I could strain them doing even twenty...
And this had happened just a few days ago. After I recovered this time, I planned to do only ten a day...
I couldn't go without exercising, or I'd never live to see the day my resistance improved...
