Taking Leave-That Thing I Mentioned Yesterday

I'd still held out a little hope that since this was the third time, it might be milder. Instead, it turned out to be the worst time. Not long after the half-hour observation period ended, I got dizzy, had a headache and fever, and felt sleepy, like I hadn't slept properly in days.

It's been nearly eight whole hours now, and there hasn't been any improvement at all...
