After being away for many days, Sasuke Uchiha returned to Phantom City. Standing atop the tallest tower in the city, he looked down upon the city beneath the night.

The scene reflected in his eyes was utterly different now.

Phantom City was no longer a tool for him to compete with Naruto. It was his brother's hard work and hopes!

At dusk, when every household should have been lit up, the city was deathly silent. Only the City Lord's Manor blazed with lights. Even from far away, one could hear the singing, dancing, and flirtatious chatter within.

Sasuke Uchiha clenched his fists, his expression turning cold.

Whoosh! A chilly wind swept past, and Sasuke Uchiha vanished from the tower top.

Inside the main hall of the City Lord's Manor, twenty geishas sang and danced, casting seductive glances.

Yuan Zang wore luxurious robes and reclined in a chaise lounge, savoring fine wine as his gaze lingered over the geishas' graceful figures.

He took a liking to the one with the finest figure and sweetest face, curling a finger at her.

The geisha understood at once. With a turn of her steps and several elegant spins, her soft, fragrant body leaned against Yuan Zang as her delicate hands kneaded up and down his body.

"Such skilled fingers..." Yuan Zang wore a blissful expression. With a loud rustle, he flung out his hand and scattered silver coins across the hall. The geishas bent down to scramble for them, saying, "Thank you, my lord."

Through this lofty display of charity, Yuan Zang gained an immense sense of satisfaction. This was power. It truly was wonderful.

Yuan Zang said, "All of you, leave. I have official business to attend to..."

"Yes, my lord!"

The geishas bowed gracefully, then retreated with tiny steps.
