The massive water screen and battle simulation table that had once occupied most of the space had been removed, replaced by rows of neatly arranged communication terminals and encrypted signal receivers. Newly installed Rune Tablets were embedded in the four walls, transforming the entire cabin into a mobile communications hub.

A separate office area had been set aside by the window. A dark solid-wood desk stood beside it, with Yang Wenqing seated behind it. To his left were five technicians from the Communications Unit, each stationed at a terminal as they compiled postwar intelligence and carried out encrypted transmissions.

To his right were three clerical guards from the Secretariat, with notebooks and official documents awaiting processing spread out before them. Behind him was a porthole. Outside, the warships of the Dragon Palace fleet were patrolling back and forth in the distance, escorted on either side by several allied flying vessels.
