The meeting continued for another half hour, mainly to draw some red lines. The eight of them shared a consensus on certain matters, but differed on others. That was the meeting's main purpose: once everything had been settled and put into written documents, everyone would have to act within that framework from then on.

After the meeting ended, Yang Wenqing summoned Liu Qin first and assigned him to coordinate with the command headquarters regarding the aerial fortress. He also had to transfer a number of people to take up positions in the fortress's command center in advance.

These matters were exceedingly troublesome, but fortunately, Liu Qin was highly capable.
