The Heavenly Demon inside Dracula's body suddenly heard a voice. It sounded so familiar—horribly familiar. He would never forget that bastard. Not only could he do nothing to him, the man could even draw out his power. It was outrageous! He was a Heavenly Demon, yet Qin Fen had become his Heart Demon. How had it come to this?
An illusion. This has to be an illusion. The Heavenly Demon refused to believe it. Was he going to run into that guy on every mission? That made no sense.
As he agonized over it, the giant face in the sky flashed a look of terror. The servants hiding in the castle stared, dumbfounded. What was happening? The sky shuddered. Dracula stopped being pulled upward, and the massive hand formed from dark clouds froze. The force binding him in midair suddenly weakened, and he began to struggle.
Dracula sensed that something was wrong too. Ever since that country bumpkin had appeared, the terrifying fiend had seemed uncertain.
Of course he was. The moment Qin Fen's voice came through, the three of them were linked. The angry face and the Heavenly Demon came from the same source, and WeChat 4.0 had a built-in translation feature.
With their minds connected, a flood of memories surged into the Heavenly Demon's head. He learned the origins of Dracula, the most iconic figure in vampire history, and understood what sort of creature he was.
The count was even more horrified. An Extraterritorial Celestial Demon? He understood a little, though not everything. But he knew enough to realize what he had encountered: a damned evil god!
It might even be on par with a king of Hell—or more terrifying than an ordinary one. My luck is rotten today, running into this thing.
Qin Fen was conflicted too.
