Heartening news? That bastard! The station chief seethed. He had just said they would follow their superiors' instructions, and this son of a bitch had come out with that. Clearly, he wanted to make a laughingstock of him. The chief felt miserable. Qin Fen's stray bullets had riddled him with holes, making him the first person caught in the crossfire of the Martial Arts Wind Incident.
And now the man was playing mysterious. The chief's expression turned downright ugly. Watching him show off, he offered a reminder. "You had all better read the instructions from the leaders at the Radio and Television Administration, too!"
