Qin Fen glanced at the sky. The sun hung high overhead, and it was nearly noon. It was getting late. He put away his phone and went to see what ingredients he had. Four dishes and a soup were still a must. As he passed his front door, a commotion reached him from the distance. Five or six young men and women were heading his way, seemingly residents of the neighborhood too. One of them looked vaguely familiar.
Big Chef paid them no mind. Plenty of people looked alike these days, and celebrity look-alikes were even more common. He walked straight into the house, with Little Bean eagerly trotting after him. Little Bean's reputation as the boss was well earned, and the little one understood perfectly: Oh, it's mealtime!
Qin Fen was utterly carefree. He had no need to keep watching; he only had to wait quietly for the seeds to flower and bear fruit. Once Samael grew angry, with the expressions egging him on, his rage would overwhelm him and throw Hell into temporary chaos. Qin Fen was in no hurry at all.
