At dusk on the third day of the Lunar New Year, after drinking with my two cousins and brother-in-law—a group of four of us—we went a little wild and headed out together for a trip. It was Shadow's first time traveling far with relatives and brothers, and I was the youngest in seniority.

We arrived in Eastern Fujian that night, spent three days wandering around Ningde, then went to Jiangxi for another three days. After more than five days in total, we made a huge circuit back to Southern Min and only returned today, the ninth day of the Lunar New Year.

Everything happened too suddenly, so we were basically unprepared. We even bought our underwear and pants directly outside; we all left wearing only two layers of clothing. It was so cold we barely dared get out of the car... And since we were mostly traveling through mountainous areas, there really was no internet. During that time, I visited Grand Alliance member Qingyang's home and had him help ask for leave. Maybe many people did not check the comments section, so I wanted to explain it here.

Around the New Year, everyone had their own things to keep busy with, and readership was rather poor. Shadow let his guard down, with a subconscious urge to indulge myself. When I learned that Demon Queen Enchantress, TZ, and the others had shown up, I originally wanted to ditch my two cousins and brother-in-law and stay at Qingyang's house to come online with everyone.
