His voice was not loud, but the pressure in it made Steve and Tony stop moving at the same time.

Steve did not respond to Tony's anger. He merely stared at Nick Fury.
"You mean someone impersonated Tony Stark and killed Bucky? But a face can be faked—how do you explain that suit of armor? In this world, there's no one else besides him who has armor like that."
