Chu Hang walked slowly through the ruins, as though an invisible abyss surrounded him.

Gorr's attacks rained down. Black sword energy tore open Chu Hang's skin, leaving vicious wounds that the law of greed swallowed the next instant, healing them completely. Spikes of shadow pierced his body, only to be broken down into pure energy and vanish.

He kept walking at an easy pace, as if Gorr's all-out assault were nothing more than a breeze against his face.

Gorr's face went from pale to ashen.

He swung the Necrosword wildly. The Symbiote weapon shifted endlessly in his hands, becoming a spear that could pierce anything, then a massive blade that tore through space, then a hammer that could crush mountains. Yet every attack vanished when it came within three feet of Chu Hang, swallowed by an unseen field without so much as a ripple.

"You... what kind of monster are you?" Gorr's voice shook uncontrollably, threaded with a fear he had never known.

Chu Hang did not answer. His gaze passed through the frantic attacks and locked onto the Necrosword in Gorr's hands. The weapon, black as night, hummed violently. Ancient patterns writhed across its blade like startled snakes, betraying an almost instinctive fear.

Chu Hang could clearly sense an ancient, evil will within the sword.

Knull's will. The God of Symbiotes, creator of darkness. This sword was his creation, an extension of his power in the material universe.

But now, that will was afraid.

Within Chu Hang, it sensed a hunger more primal and more tyrannical than its own—the Greed Concept itself. An ultimate desire that saw all things as food and could swallow even darkness and the void.

Chu Hang stopped three meters from Gorr.

"I'll take your sword," he said evenly, as though stating a settled fact.
