Before General Astra, she became that rookie who did not know how to fight again. If Diana saw this, she would probably be furious.

She had finally taught Kara how to fight, and now Kara had seemingly forgotten it all?

Fortunately, Kara had strong learning and recall abilities. She quickly remembered how to fight and traded blows with General Astra.

This also calmed Kara down. With Ke Chen backing her up, there was no way General Astra could be her match.

However, she had been careless. Or rather, she had not expected General Astra to have other methods.

Kryptonite!

When General Astra emerged from the Phantom Zone, she had brought out a fortress that imprisoned criminals. Those held inside were criminals captured by the Kryptonian Empire, all of whom harbored intense hatred toward it.

So Astra used it against Kara.

The moment Astra took out the Kryptonite, Kara could not react at all and immediately collapsed to the ground, weak and powerless.
