Submit or Die

"You are not the Kryptonian God. The Kryptonian God vanished long ago."

Astra stopped resisting and looked at Ke Chen as she spoke. This was clearly what she truly thought, because under the Lasso of Truth's control, she could only speak the truth.

"That was because Krypton was stable. Now Krypton has perished, and the Kryptonian Empire has become a thing of the past. I cannot stand by and watch the Kryptonian bloodline vanish from this universe, so I have appeared once more."

Ke Chen naturally said this. It was what he had wanted to say to Faora back then, and what he had said.

Whether Astra believed it or not, he believed it himself.

He was powerful. If he said he was the Kryptonian God, then he was the Kryptonian God. So what?

Of course, Astra definitely did not believe it. Nor could she pretend that she did, because of the Lasso of Truth.

So she spoke her true feelings. "I don't believe you. The Kryptonian God is definitely not you."

"Unfortunately, I am the Kryptonian God. I also have Kryptonian Warriors under my command. They used to serve Zod, but now they follow me. You have no choice."

Ke Chen spoke with overwhelming force, and Astra naturally knew that she had no choice.

She could not even resist. She could not move.

Ke Chen turned her around, pinched her chin, and said, "What you need to do now is follow me to a new settlement, obey my commands, and devote everything for the rest of your life to the Kryptonian God."

"I choose to submit. I have no choice, as long as Krypton can continue."
