As Ms. Marvel, Carol had been quite interested in Ke Chen. They had been chatting happily when Ke Chen's question reminded her of something.

"Oh, right. They asked me for help."

Ms. Marvel was startled, then spoke.

She immediately turned and flew toward Manhattan. Ke Chen naturally followed. It looked like something major had happened; he just did not know what.

Could it be Thanos? Otherwise, why would they have sought out Ms. Marvel? Although Carol was not as strong as Captain Marvel from his universe, Ms. Marvel was still no weakling.

Ordinary enemies would never require someone of her level to act.

"Who?"

Ke Chen asked.

"The Avengers. Captain America and the others."

Ms. Marvel, Carol, did not treat him as a threat at all. She seemed to trust him greatly.

Perhaps she trusted the judgment of herself from another world. Though this was only what Ke Chen had said, she simply believed it.

After all, if it had been her, she probably would have made the same choice. All that could be said was that the two Carols had the same taste.
