"Beep, beep!"

In some unknown universe, Nebula of that universe had been cruelly bound and suspended in midair. At that moment, her mechanical body received a message from somewhere unknown.

Then Thanos entered from outside and pried open her head, using her electronic eyes as a projector to display the footage.

Even though Nebula was his adopted daughter, Thanos showed no hesitation or emotion.

He could abandon even Gamora, let alone Nebula.

The only reason he still kept Nebula alive was because she could receive messages from other universes.

The image quickly appeared, and when Nebula saw the scene before her, she immediately burst into wild laughter.

In the footage, Thanos had gathered all six Infinity Stones. Yet before he could snap his fingers, everything became someone else's triumph. The man called Iron Man snapped his fingers and instantly wiped out Thanos and his Dark Order...

Though that show-off could not escape death himself, he had used his life to stop Thanos's plan.

"Ha ha ha! You can never succeed. Even if you do, you'll still fail."

Nebula did not yet know what this Thanos intended, so she mocked him.

Yet Thanos showed little emotion. He merely said, "This only proves that the Infinity Stones truly won't work."

He shut off the projection and silently repeated Iron Man's name to himself.

"These foolish humans always think they are the saviors. They dream of being heroes, but in truth, they are the universe's greatest scourge."

"The ignorant always like to stand in the way of destiny."

Thanos spoke coldly. Nebula did not understand at all, nor did she need to. From anyone's perspective, Thanos was a complete bastard.

But none of that mattered. Thanos could never succeed.

"I think I was wrong."

Thanos suddenly said. Just as Nebula was about to
