Doctor Strange

"Ah!"

Just as they were about to leave, they suddenly heard a scream from the hall.

They immediately went out onto the balcony and discovered that the floor they were on was fairly high up. The security guards who had originally intended to question them had come outside to watch as well.

On the street below, an Eye Demon was wreaking havoc without restraint. It was not some enormous monster, but it was more than capable of causing massive destruction in the human world.

Just as Wanda was about to act, someone had already beaten her to it. A figure leaped straight down from the building, and when a red cloak appeared to catch him, Ke Chen recognized him.

Doctor Strange. Strange.

Watching this scene, he seemed to realize what storyline this was.

Wanda looked at Ke Chen and asked, "Who is that?"

"The Ancient One of this universe. His name is Strange."

Ke Chen answered. Wanda did not question how he knew; in her eyes, Brother Ke Chen was omnipotent.

As far as Wanda was concerned, Ke Chen had long become all-knowing and all-powerful...

"Nothing special."

After watching for a moment, Wanda said, "I thought all Ancient Ones were as powerful as Jean Grey."

Though they were not close with Jean Grey, they at least knew each other. After all, Jean Grey had been the one to obtain the Book of Vishanti, so the two had crossed paths before.

Jean Grey also admired Wanda. Wanda's talent was formidable, and her strength was growing stronger and stronger. The strong naturally appreciated one another.

Ke Chen immediately laughed. "He became the Ancient One through a shortcut. His magical knowledge isn't solid, and not everyone has talent as extraordinary as Jean Grey's."

"Jean Grey becoming the Ancient One was entirely an accident."
