"Is this Ironforge? What an exaggeratedly huge gate!" Remilia looked up at Ironforge's steel gates and exclaimed.

The Dwarves living here had actually hollowed out one side of an entire mountain and built it directly into their city gate. This steel gate, hundreds of feet tall, was probably the sturdiest city gate on the continent of Azeroth.

Wendell was extremely familiar with Dwarf history and gave her a detailed introduction.

As they continued along the passage deeper into the mountain, Remilia finally saw this great city, the crystallization of generations of Dwarf wisdom.

The mountain's interior had been almost completely hollowed out. Though they were now deep within the mountain, Remilia did not feel the slightest bit stifled or short of breath.

The soaring ceiling was at least a hundred yards above the ground, and many windows for light and ventilation had been opened high along the surrounding walls.
