The Master of the Sky Has Returned!

Sky Island had a unified custom: whoever stood above everyone else and was responsible for establishing the laws was called a "god."

Generally speaking, a "god" also had to be the strongest person on the entire island. Only then could they command respect and suppress rebellion.

When Annus was fourteen, he became the "god" of Birka. That was the year he ate the Rumble-Rumble Fruit and became a Logia user.

On Sky Island, where almost no one understood how to use Armament Haki, a Logia user was invincible. There were no methods or means capable of countering them.

The ability to transform into an element meant one could ignore all physical attacks.

After Annus became a god, he established a series of laws. Although he decided to venture down to the Blue Sea three years after becoming a god, those laws would not normally be altered.

Only the "god" himself was qualified to alter the laws.

Annus spread his Mantra across the entire island, listening to the voices of its residents. Combined with Old Mike's account, he quickly grasped the full story.

About a year after Annus, Lilith, and the others left Sky Island, people in Birka began questioning the laws Annus had established.

Then, a Birkan named Lucifer appeared. He declared that he would become the new god and usurped Annus's divine position.

Though most of the island's people voiced their opposition, it was useless. God Lucifer used absolute power to suppress every dissenter and displayed divine power sufficient to win their submission...

According to Old Mike's description, it was an ability that could control the earth!
