First, a word about updates.

When I previously asked for follow-up reads to push for the Sanjiang Recommendation, I promised all you dear readers that if we made it onto Sanjiang, there would be ten updates on launch day and ten thousand words updated every day that month.

Thanks to everyone's support, this book has made it onto the Sanjiang Recommendation, and I will definitely fulfill that promise.

So there will be ten updates tomorrow when it goes premium, and throughout October, I will maintain ten thousand words of updates every day to thank everyone for your support.

Next, a word about this book.

After two hundred thousand words during the new-book period, everyone should have a clear idea of this book's structure. It is a multiverse story that makes slight innovations on the standard shared-transmigration formula, with the plot of Shrouding the Heavens interwoven with plots from other worlds.

That is the foundation of this book and cannot be changed. After it goes premium, I will not keep writing until I am only writing Shrouding the Heavens or only writing the myriad heavens. That would ruin the book.

There will be worlds that some readers like, and worlds that some readers do not like. I completely understand that.

But I feel quite wronged when people say I am using other worlds to pad the word count.

Among multiverse-story authors, I believe I am one of the more concise writers when it comes to other worlds...

Since this book was released, I have racked my brains over every plotline, thinking about how to tell it concisely while incorporating jokes. I truly have no intention of padding the story.
