"Fourth Tsuchikage, are we really not sending sensory ninja to Konoha Shinobi Village?"

An Iwagakure ninja asked anxiously.

Kurotsuchi sat behind the Tsuchikage's desk, wearing the ceremonial hat, her expression cold.

"Why should we send them?"

"So they can become prisoners?"

"They'd suffer, that's for sure. Iwagakure is already in a miserable state. We can't give people another reason to laugh at us! If we send our ninja over, what will the other nations and villages think of us?"
