The viewers, scared out of their wits by Kino's horrifying narration, started howling again.
Awesome!
Too awesome!
Insanely awesome!
That badass Corvus Glaive had knocked down several heroes. Though none of them had suffered serious injuries, the gap in strength was obvious. Especially that bizarre war blade—even after three heroes bombarded it relentlessly, they still could not break it. Yet the moment the Divine Dragon appeared, it crushed the thing in its jaws.
It was awesome beyond belief.
Her "husband" was dead, yet Proxima Midnight did not seem particularly grief-stricken. Understandable. In the original comics, Corvus Glaive betrayed Thanos and was killed by his own shattered blade, yet she remained loyal and was ultimately killed by Hela. Clearly, her feelings for Corvus Glaive were nothing special.
Perhaps she would have been furious under different circumstances, but right now, she was about to lose her own life.
Revenge?
Heh. Survive the Divine Dragon's claws first.
Watching the Divine Dragon charge at her menacingly, Proxima Midnight's hair stood on end. Well, despite how strange she looked, she did have body hair.
She was lucky. The Divine Dragon had not chosen her as its first target.
Crackling lightning flashed across the dragon's body as it plunged straight into the Six-Clawed Xenomorph horde, tearing through them without resistance. It did not even need to rip them apart with its claws and fangs. Every Six-Clawed Xenomorph it so much as brushed against was instantly electrocuted into black charcoal. At that moment, the Divine Dragon was like an electric eel, radiating high-frequency currents that no one could withstand.
Only after wiping out nearly all of them did it turn around and charge toward Proxima Midnight.
"!"
She was terrified. Even her father could do nothing against the monster before her; her spear probably would not fare
