When the six women "woke" again, they stared at their hands in astonishment.

Robin: "I... wasn't I already... dead?"

Little Sadi: "I'm alive again?"

Kalifa: "Honey..."

Viola: "This is unbelievable."

Shyarly: "So that's what the prophecy really meant?"

Mero: "..."

In the original One Piece story, Shyarly had stopped telling fortunes because of Luffy, but that hadn't happened here. Before she died, she'd made one last prediction. Her crystal ball had shown a mass of flames... Phoenix Flame. She had never understood what it foretold, though. Fish-Men feared fire more than anything.

Fish-Men had prophecies of "rebirth" and "resurrection," too, but this wasn't one of them.

"Phoenix Flame" came from another legend—a human legend, and one connected to Kino.

There were no phoenixes in the world of One Piece.

Hancock stood nearby with her mouth hanging open, her face full of adorable surprise. Kino wanted to reach over and pinch her little tongue, but Kalifa was clinging to him.

Hancock was stunned. She had experienced it once herself, but watching it happen to someone else was another matter entirely.

Such an incredible power—bringing the dead back to life!

Could he really pull off something that defied the heavens?

"Long time no see!" Kino greeted the six women with a smile.

"Long time no see," they replied, smiling.

The others stayed where they were, none of them throwing themselves at him in excitement the way Kalifa had.

"How did you do it?" Hancock asked as she stepped forward.

She could clearly feel the change in her own body, from aged and near death to young and at her peak again.

It was a strange feeling, impossible to put into words.

"We'll talk about that later. Where are the others?"

Apart from these six, who had been lying in his palace on
