Catching Up with Old Friends (End)

In less than a minute, Zoro and Tashigi had returned to their younger days.

But it was more than just their appearances being restored. Their physical ages had returned to twenty.

In other words, they still had another fifty or sixty years to live.

"It was Kino!" Zoro quickly understood. Only he could accomplish something so inconceivable.

"He's here? Where?" Tashigi looked around.

Zoro closed his eyes and listened with his Observation Haki, but unfortunately... if Kino did not want him to hear, how could he possibly hear anything?

Tashigi, be more direct. Be tougher. Just push him down, or he'll never understand.

After sending the message, Kino left.

Tashigi's face reddened.

Well, Kino liked beautiful things.

This pair had suffered enough. He did not mind bestowing another "blessing" upon them.

Syrup Village.

A long-nosed old man sat on a huge rock at the village entrance, telling lies. Well, they were not exactly lies. He was merely exaggerating his past "achievements."

After listening for around ten minutes, Kino almost laughed.

"Liar Usopp's reputation is as formidable as ever."

"I... damn!" Usopp nearly jumped out of his skin. His eyes widened. "I-It's you! Why are you here?"

"I came to see some old friends."

Usopp laughed heartily. "We've all grown old, but you're still so young. It really makes me jealous."

The older Usopp was no longer quite so lively and hyperactive. He had become much steadier.

Well, he was an old man now...

"Do you want to be young again? I can make it happen."

"Young again? Forget it." A distant look flashed through Usopp's eyes.

"Forget it? Oh, I just went to Isshin Dojo. Zoro and Tashigi have both returned to the age of twenty."

Usopp's wrinkled face broke into a smile. "Then they really should thank you.
