Li Ziran's smooth possession made Zhu Ya somewhat repulsed. The other party was so practiced at stepping through one door into another; he clearly did this often. It made her think of the Demon Li Ziran had encountered. Within that quiet soul, there seemed to be things she knew nothing about.
The coldness he displayed was completely unlike the blazing emotions within their Soul Weaving.
"Zhu Ya, hurry up, or you'll have to stay here!" Li Ziran urged coldly.
"Li, perhaps there's another way. We don't need to possess anyone," Zhu Ya argued. She detested this method.
Li Ziran did not answer. He merely looked at Baron beside him. "And you? Do you think the same as she does?"
Baron hurriedly smiled and slowly transferred his soul from his shell into another body. Perhaps because it was his first possession, he was terribly clumsy. Once he had barely adapted, he swiftly used his Spatial Ring to completely store away his original shell.
Though awkward, he had at least succeeded. Yet Zhu Ya remained motionless. She hoped Li Ziran could think of another way, or at least give her a better reason to persuade her.
But there was none. Li Ziran's entire attention was focused on the rapidly spinning Spatial Cores. He did not care about her thoughts at all.
While she was distracted, Li Ziran suddenly moved, heading from the center of the Spatial Core toward its edge, seemingly preparing to jump.
"Baron, get ready. We need to jump onto another Spatial Core. The Demon's laboratory is close to the vortex's center," Li Ziran instructed.
Zhu Ya's heart skipped a beat. He had not mentioned her name. As if angered, she instinctively looked at the shell before her. As a human, she instinctively rejected that body.
"Zhu Ya, don't hold
