After the Sage of Six Paths reshaped the souls of all Hueco Mundo, he returned to his original form and summoned the Nine-Dragon Jade Seal from his sea of consciousness.

As the Sage of Six Paths' ethereal words fell, the Nine-Dragon Jade Seal suddenly released a brilliant golden light that shot into the sky.

Before Ichigo and the others could recover their senses, an enormous crack suddenly appeared in the heavens.

The crack slowly opened, and a blinding golden light shone through it onto all of Hueco Mundo. In an instant, the pitch-black Hueco Mundo was drowned in dazzling golden radiance.

Once the golden light completely faded,

Ichigo and the others saw a massive golden eye appear above Hueco Mundo.

The golden pupil looked down upon all living beings with contempt as it casually swept its gaze across the world below.

When that gaze passed over Ichigo, his body instantly stiffened, as though even his heartbeat were about to stop.

Then the ground beneath their feet began to shake violently.

Then Ichigo and the others discovered in terror that all of
