Orihime's Ordeal

The white light completely faded away.

Enju, held in Ichigo's arms, stared blankly at his face.

"Grandpa Ichigo, is... is that you?!"

Enju asked uncertainly.

Ichigo also sensed the changes in himself. His once-aged body was filled with strength again, and most importantly, his Reiatsu had returned.

Lowering his head to look at the uneasy Enju, Ichigo nodded heavily.

The girls gathered around Ichigo, jumping and dancing as though it were New Year's.

Seeing how happy they were, a trace of tenderness appeared in Ichigo's eyes.

Then, as if he had remembered something, a hint of regret surfaced in his gaze.

The Underworld Bureaucracy had finally answered him, but Uryu and Yasutora had not held on until this moment. And he did not even know whether Orihime was still alive.

Then the white light steadily expanded, and two familiar figures condensed within it.
