Tokyo's Supreme Assembly Hall.

A rectangular conference table was already filled with the presidents of Tokyo's renowned Civil Security agencies.

When Kisara entered the conference room with Rentaro, the two immediately noticed the grave atmosphere inside.

Each agency president sat silently in the seat marked with their own nameplate.

Behind them stood Civil Security officers from their respective agencies, dressed in different uniforms, while little girl Initiators stood beside the officers.

Their expressions were either vacant or numb.

Kisara swept her gaze over the hall, her brows drawing together slightly as she prepared to lead Rentaro to their seats.

However, at that moment, a burly man suddenly stepped into their path. He was covered in muscle, carried a greatsword on his back, and wore a black mask over his mouth.

"Can brats be Civil Security officers now?"

Rentaro's gaze sharpened. He quickly stepped forward and shielded Kisara.

"What do you mean?"

A trace of mockery appeared in the man's eyes.

"What do I mean? Of course..."

With that, the man suddenly slammed his head into Rentaro's. Caught off guard, Rentaro was instantly left dizzy and disoriented. His body slid backward involuntarily as he crouched halfway down.

"A little brat like you should go back where you came from! Civil Security isn't some child's game!"

Rentaro raised his head and glared furiously at the man, reaching for the weapon at his waist.

The man grabbed the greatsword behind him and looked disdainfully at Rentaro, who was preparing to attack.

"Since you're a Promoter, kid, where's your tool?"

Rentaro gritted his teeth slightly.

"What tool?"

"Do you really not understand, kid, or are you pretending? What else would a Promoter's tool be if not an Initiator?"

Rentaro's eyes widened.

"You bastard... You actually called Enju a tool."
