Ajak lowered her hunting rifle after seeing who had come.

She asked in surprise, "Makkari? How did you know I was here?"

"And who is the person in your arms..."

When she saw clearly who Makkari was holding, she instantly exclaimed, "Gilgamesh?!"

Teary-eyed, Makkari held the unconscious Gilgamesh tight and flashed to Ajak's side in a blur.

She cradled Gilgamesh in her arms, her eyes filled entirely with a pleading and desperate gaze.

Understanding her expression, Ajak immediately said, "Get inside!"
