Now the fragments at two of those locations had been taken, so the clones were no longer needed there.

The two clones exchanged a glance. "You go to number three. I'll go to number four!"

With that settled, they teleported away in different directions...

Not long after they left, a pitch-black Portal opened where the Heart of the Universe Fragment had once been kept.

Hela stepped out.

A man accompanied her.

He was the same man Lin Feng had seen before, one of the leads to a Heart of the Universe Fragment.

Hela circled the place, her expression darkening.

"Looks like things are worse than we thought..."

"Didn't we expect this?" The man shrugged, seemingly unconcerned.

"So? Shall we check the other locations?"

"If he collects them all, we won't be able to deal with him."

Hela did not answer. She fell silent for a moment, apparently weighing her options.

At last, she shook her head. "Didn't you hear what they just said?"

"Each of the two remaining locations will have two of Lin Feng's clones guarding it."

"They're not as strong as Lin Feng, but can you handle two of them together?"

She had heard every word the clones had said.

"I can hold them off for a while," the man said with a shrug.

Hela shot him a cold look.

"And then? Stall until Lin Feng himself arrives?"

Sure, the two of them together could hold off two clones. But what happened after that? Were they supposed to wait for Lin Feng to show up and wipe them both out?

Lin Feng was growing stronger faster than Hela had imagined. She
