Heimdall turned in confusion and saw Thor and Tony running toward him, both looking anxious.

Tony had already spoken to Thor on the way over.
Finding the two girls, starting a ship, and then making the jump would take too long. Using the Bifrost to have Heimdall send them there would be faster.
