Tony was filled with rage. He rushed out, unaware that the actors behind him were discussing a new plot with the director.

A group of terrorists had already received the news. Though they were surrounded by rocket launchers and bombs, they ignored them, each gripping a rifle and aiming at the cave entrance.

They only knew that Stark had built something and escaped. They had no idea what exactly he had made, believing the rifles in their hands were enough to take him down.

Hearing something rapidly approaching the entrance, the group readied themselves. But as the noise grew louder and louder, fear crept into their hearts. The unknown could always easily stir up the fear lurking within people.

A suit of steel armor appeared at the cave entrance. Having never seen anything like it, the terrorists were afraid, firing their guns and shouting to bolster their courage.

But battle cries clearly could not strengthen the guns in their hands. The bullets struck Tony's armor without even leaving a dent.

"My turn!" Tony said after letting the terrorists empty a magazine at him.

He raised both hands, and two streams of fire shot forth, setting all the armed men before him ablaze.

When had those armed men ever seen anything like this? Yinsen firing at the ceiling had been enough to scare them.

The armed men immediately scattered in all directions, with hardly anyone even attempting to fight back.

Tony attacked as he made his way out, but at the checkpoint, an armed man operating a heavy machine gun successfully pinned him down.

One armed man circled behind Tony and fired several shots, destroying the gear transmission mechanism in Tony's legs and dealing the greatest damage Tony had suffered so far.

Tony tried to move his feet, but they would not budge at all.

The situation was critical. Just as Tony was preparing to use his emergency escape system to fly out of there, he suddenly saw the enemies around him falling one by one, each with two darts lodged in their necks at some point.

"Hey, Mr. Stark, interested in remembering my name now?"

Ninjas sprang out one after another and slaughtered the enemies, while Lu Qi emerged from the shadows as well.

"You? The kid taking pictures?" Tony could hardly believe his eyes.

Lu Qi nodded. "Want to remember my name? Lu Qi, security consultant for the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division."

Tony let out a breath. "All right, kid, you win. I might remember that name for the rest of my life."

Lu Qi watched the ninjas kill the last enemy and return to the shadows. Seeing Tony struggling nonstop, trying to take two steps, Lu Qi cheerfully walked over.

"Need help?"

"Of course. Give me a hand. There's something wrong with my armor. My legs won't move."

Tony tried moving his feet again, but still failed.

Lu Qi had several Ninja Soldiers step forward and directly remove Tony's armor, freeing him.

Watching the Ninja Soldiers vanish from where they stood, Tony looked curiously at Lu Qi. "Is this a superpower?"

Lu Qi nodded casually. Luckily, this world had superpowered people. Otherwise, it really would have been difficult to explain this to them.

"By the way, my friend's body is inside. Can you help me bring him out?" Tony remembered Yinsen in the cave and spoke to Lu Qi.

"Uh, I don't think there's enough time. The explosives are about to be ignited by the flames. We need to leave first."

Lu Qi's expression tightened. He had the Ninja Soldiers carry Tony and run directly outside, giving Tony no chance to turn back and look.

This is hilarious. If Tony went back and didn't find Yinsen's body, he'd be devastated. And Lu Qi didn't want to kill Yinsen either.

They ran several kilometers before Lu Qi finally stopped with Tony.

"Looks like there wasn't an explosion." Tony turned back in confusion.

"Maybe the explosives are unusually fireproof? But it's fine. I'm calling for rescue now. A plane will come pick us up soon. Stay here and don't move."

"Okay. Thanks, paparazzo." Tony stopped thinking about anything else. Having finally crawled out of hell, all he wanted now was a good sleep and a long-awaited cheeseburger.

Lu Qi took out his satellite phone and called Coulson, telling him to hurry and send someone over with two cheeseburgers, or Tony was going to die.

Ten minutes later, two aircraft flew in from the distance.

"Ohhhh!" Tony waved excitedly as the helicopter circled down.

Coulson and Rhodey got off the aircraft one after another. Rhodey walked up and gave Tony a hug.

"Next time, could you not ride your happy Humvee alone?"

Lu Qi took two hamburgers from Coulson's hand.

"Hey, rich guy, want to buy a hamburger for a million?"

Tony saw the hamburgers in Lu Qi's hand. "All right, under normal circumstances, I'd sue you for consumer fraud. But right now, get me two more."

Tony snatched the hamburgers from Lu Qi's hands. Looking toward the distant valley, he was just about to ask Rhodey to retrieve Yinsen's body when a thunderous explosion rang out. A small mushroom cloud rose, collapsing the entire valley.

All right, looks like you really aren't coming back.

Tony thought of Yinsen telling him not to waste his life, as well as the cheeseburger in his hand.

"Hey, kid, how much do you think I could make if I sold hamburgers?"

?

Lu Qi looked confused. Instead of working on armored suits and clean energy, this guy was thinking about selling hamburgers? Had Yinsen's acting been so good that it changed him like this?

After secretly having the ninjas blow up the valley and finally wrapping up the performance perfectly, Lu Qi definitely did not want Tony to go sell hamburgers.

"Then I think you'd be better off selling construction materials to children's hospitals," Lu Qi said sarcastically.

Tony shrugged helplessly. Since Lu Qi had saved him, he would not argue with him today.

The group soon began heading back. Lu Qi looked toward a distant mountaintop, where several figures stood.

Yinsen watched the departing aircraft. "All right, Tony, I didn't want to lie to you, but that guy was a little too brutal."

Remembering how a group of ninjas had effortlessly cut down an entire group of people, with barely anyone managing to fight back, Yinsen got goosebumps.

He dared say that even special forces did not possess that level of coordination and strength, but...

"It seems he left you with me, right?" Yinsen turned to look at the fifty Shadow Ninjas behind him.

"Then let us save more people. I can save people somewhere other than an operating table."

Yinsen picked up the gun in his hand, thinking of his deceased family.

"Don't waste your life. That's right, just like this."

Lu Qi looked at Yinsen. These fifty Shadow Ninjas were given to Yinsen after Lu Qi had spoken with him.

However, once these ninjas returned to the Shadow Realm, Lu Qi would not give Yinsen any more Shadow Ninjas. If Yinsen wanted to save more people, he could not rely solely on these fifty Shadow Ninjas. He needed to recruit the local people.

These people harbored deep hatred toward the terrorists and could easily be mobilized to resist them. The fifty Shadow Ninjas Lu Qi had provided were more like a safeguard, ensuring Yinsen would not get taken out by some minor thug while also helping train the locals.

Though Lu Qi did not know what results Yinsen could achieve, he hoped Yinsen would accomplish his goal.

Lu Qi thought silently.
