'Live' Capture of the Supreme Intelligence

TPU7 was a planet with no name, represented only by a designation. Planets identified by designations like this one had no development value and were generally ignored.

Planets like this could be found everywhere in the universe. Every empire had quite a few of them.

But they were not completely useless. At least, that was not the case for this planet. TPU7 looked like any other worthless planet, but a huge space had already been excavated inside it, and a massive base had been established there.

Thanks to advanced colonization technology, the base had a complete ecosystem capable of supporting more than a million people through self-sufficiency.

Because of this, the base did not need supplies from outside and therefore faced no risk of exposure. Only a few missing or deceased Kree Empire technicians would occasionally arrive there.

But today, the place was unusually lively. Many people piloted spacecraft here, and anyone sufficiently well-informed would realize that most of them were high-ranking members of the Kree Empire who had rarely shown themselves recently, along with their families.

Under the guidance of the base personnel, the Kree chosen to leave boarded several new warships docked inside the base. Meanwhile, many others loaded the technical data developed by the base over the years onto the warships.

If nothing unexpected happened, the several warships docked here would leave in a few hours. The base would be left to those who remained. As for whether they could survive the war that followed, that would depend on their luck.

But accidents always came at the most opportune moment. Just as everything was ready, an unidentified flying object was detected by their sensors, and a piercing alarm immediately rang through the base.
