Elevate a dimension into a world!

Lu Qi stared in astonishment at the enlarged AllSpark. It actually held that much power.

He couldn't keep the smile off his face. He had somehow obtained the very thing every other Dimension Lord dreamed of getting their hands on.

That was right. There was a level above Dimension Lord: World Lord.

A tiny handful of Dimension Lords possessed dimensions as large as worlds, but there were still major differences between the two.

The most obvious and fundamental difference was that a dimension's rules were nowhere near as complete as a world's.

Because the rules of a Dimensional Space were incomplete, a Dimension Lord could manipulate his dimension and fight with it without worrying about the consequences. That sounded powerful, but it did little to increase his combat strength. He himself still had to do most of the fighting.

A world with complete rules was different. A World Lord couldn't freely manipulate his world in battle without risking damage to its stable rules, but those same rules made him far more powerful.

A World Lord didn't need to fight his enemies personally. He could simply use the world's rules to deal with them.

A Dimension Lord had to be the main force in a fight. A World Lord could sit at home, type a line of code, and let the rules handle everything. For an idea of what that looked like, think of the Heavenly Punishment in a cultivation world.

A Dimension Lord also gained a boost inside his own dimension, but the moment he left, that boost vanished and his strength dropped considerably.

A World Lord, on the other hand, had an entire world behind him. Even outside it, he carried the power of its rules with him, and that power remained useful.
