A moment later, the steamship docked again. Standing on the deck, Cain beamed and waved his arm vigorously.

"Mr. Dawn! Everything went smoothly! Please come aboard. We'll be relying on you from here on out!"

Dawn opened his eyes, then sprang lightly into the air and landed softly on the deck without causing the ship to sway noticeably.

"Brother Cain, you work fast!"

Dawn casually patted Cain on the shoulder, using just the right amount of force—friendly, but not enough to make him uncomfortable.

His gaze swept over the other crewmen on deck. Though their eyes remained wary, they had all forced smiles onto their faces. He greeted them warmly,

"Thanks for the effort, everyone. Once this job is done, we'll all be living the good life!"

His manner quickly eased the somewhat tense atmosphere aboard the ship. The steamship set sail once more, heading toward its new destination.

The next three days of sailing were far from smooth. The Calm Belt was considered forbidden territory because it concealed countless enormous sea beasts and even smaller Sea Kings.

They encountered several attacks by strange-looking sea beasts, and one small Sea King even tried to overturn the entire vessel. Soon after entering the South Blue, they were also hit by two sudden and violent thunderstorms.

Yet every one of those dangers was utterly insignificant before Dawn. Using gravity manipulation, he sent the attacking sea beasts flying and diverted the raging lightning and towering waves.

The power and composure he displayed drew wave after wave of sincere praise and flattery from the traffickers.

It was worth mentioning that the three sisters imprisoned in the ship's lower hold had remained deeply unconscious throughout those three days.
