Sugar had barely steadied herself at the edge of the explosion when the surging blast wave rushing toward her made her pupils constrict. Just as she was about to use Soru again to evade, a green figure abruptly entered her field of vision.

"This has dragged on too long."

Monet spoke without looking back, her voice as calm as if she were commenting on the weather. She extended her slender, pale hand, and endless blood spread outward from her like a living tide. The blood rapidly condensed into dozens of long spears wrapped in Armament Haki.

The blood spears pierced through the blast wave as easily as hot knives through butter. Without slowing, they shot toward Trebol. Before he could even react effectively, more than a dozen blood spears pinned him to the ground.

"Argh!"

Trebol screamed, then immediately felt something even more terrifying happening. His lifespan and the blood within his body were being frantically drained by those blood spears.

He instinctively activated Armament Haki to resist, but Monet's Armament Haki was clearly of far higher quality. The crimson glow instantly overwhelmed his defenses.

Trebol's body aged at a visible speed. His skin sagged and wrinkled, while his hair turned pale white.

The massive blood loss left him dizzy and his vision darkened. Within seconds, one of the Donquixote Family's highest-ranking officers had become a dying old man with white hair.

Diamante transformed the blade of his Rapier into something as light and fluttering as cloth, then continuously reshaped it until it formed a strange weapon with a bullfighting blade at its tip.

He gripped the blade as Armament Haki wrapped around it, then thrust the horn-like tip toward his enemy.
