Li Wei was born in the Celestial Empire in a previous life and transmigrated into the body of a baby abandoned at Wu’s Orphanage. He retained his former memories but had no practical way to return home. Growing up in poverty, he became unusually self-reliant and began operating a food cart at eleven years old. The orphanage exploited his earnings, so he secretly saved money beneath the floor of his room while planning to leave. 1 2

His supernatural abilities first appeared as emotion-triggered powers. Through disciplined practice, he mastered Telekinesis and used it against a local thug, creating rumors about a “ghost” haunting Goldfinch District. His understanding of himself changed when an owl delivered a Hogwarts acceptance letter addressed to “Mr. Lee Wickens.” The Fantasy MOD System then activated and identified his supposed superpower as awakened magic. 2 3

He rarely accepts a problem as unavoidable; instead, he looks for a magical, technological, or commercial method of solving it.

He is highly ambitious and treats knowledge as a form of power. Credits, books, academic results, relationships, businesses, and magical discoveries all become resources in his long-term plans. He is willing to work relentlessly, experiment on himself, and spend nearly all his wealth if doing so will expand his abilities.

Li Wei combines a strong sense of justice with ruthless methods. He opposes blood-status prejudice and protects students, but he also uses Unforgivable Curses, deception, manipulation, soul magic, and dangerous experiments. He believes overwhelming strength can overcome fate, death, political corruption, and other apparently fixed limitations.
