Background / History

Noelle is a Silva-family noblewoman and the younger sister of the Silver Eagles’ captain. Despite inheriting immense magical power, she was ridiculed by her family for being unable to control it; even her Water Cannons would miss targets only a few meters away. Her eldest brother placed her in the Black Bulls, a squad Yami describes as a refuge for people with personal problems 23 25 27.

Upon arriving at the Black Bulls’ base, Noelle sees Carl and Vanessa tangled in uncontrolled red threads and mistakes the magical accident for public indecency. She calls them “shameless wretches,” fires a Water Cannon at Carl, and accidentally hits Magna before storming out of the squad 23 24.

While practicing alone, Noelle loses control of an enormous water sphere that traps and nearly drowns her.
