I Want Both Rinnegan

At Konan's words, Nagato's body tensed.

"Don't agree to his demands!"

He hung in midair, restrained by an invisible force. His eye sockets were empty, blood streamed down his cheeks, and his voice came out urgently.

"Konan, leave this place right now!"

"Nagato!" Konan turned to look at him.

"Go!"

Nagato gritted his teeth and raised his voice again.

"The Rinnegan have already been taken, and the Akatsuki Organization has been utterly defeated. There's no point in you staying here. Leave now!"

"I'm not leaving."

Konan turned back and looked Ren straight in the eye.

"You can do whatever you want with me, but spare Nagato."

She stared directly at Ren, showing no intention of bargaining.

"As long as you agree to that condition, I'll accept any arrangement."

Nagato's expression changed drastically.

"Konan, what are you saying?"

"Shut up!"

Konan cut Nagato off.

"After Yahiko died, we only had each other left. You've given so much for the Akatsuki Organization. I can't watch you die here."

Nagato struggled relentlessly, but the Hand of the Heavens had become invisible iron shackles, holding his body firmly in place.

"Do you think this will save me?"

"If you stay, you'll only be captured along with me!"

"At least I can stay by your side."

Konan's voice was soft, but she did not waver in the slightest.

Ren watched the two of them, then raised his hand and waved.

Telekinetic force pulled Nagato over to Konan's side before dropping him heavily onto the ground.

Konan reached out to support him.

Nagato's legs gave way, and he nearly fell to his knees. His injuries slowly healed under the effects of Hashirama's cells, but after losing the Rinnegan, the power within him had weakened.
