Just as Nawaru led the few people with him out of town, his heart suddenly jolted for no apparent reason. He looked back toward the town.
But all he saw was a sea of flames. There was no sign of his brother.
Nawaru looked at his badly wounded companions and gritted his teeth. "Come on. We're going to Fish-Man Street to wait for the captain!"

They all had faith in Namur, even though his opponent was a Marine Admiral. Countless battles had taught them that their captain was always the one left standing.
After they left, Onigumo and the others came "racing after" them.

A voice Onigumo and the others knew all too well rang out. Covered in his enemy's blood, Akainu emerged from the flames with Namur in one hand and a fin in the other.
"That's Namur, commander of the Whitebeard Pirates' Eighth Division!" Everyone present had sharp eyes. Though Namur looked nothing like his usual self, they still recognized him.
"Good. Time for the next step!" Akainu dropped Namur's four limbs on the ground, took out the Transponder Snail tucked against his chest, and called Sengoku.

When Sengoku saw that the call was from Akainu on Fish-Man Island, he hurriedly set down the documents in his hand and answered.

Where no one could see him, Sengoku pumped his fist.
"Good. Proceed with the next phase of the plan!" After a moment's hesitation, Sengoku added, "If possible, try not to kill too many people."

Whether there was bloodshed wasn't up to him. It depended on whether the residents of Fish-Man Island cooperated. If they did, Sakazuki wouldn't attack them for no reason.
