"I have never failed!!!"

A furious roar that shook heaven and earth!

The King of Heaven hovered in the air, wings spread behind it. It stared viciously at Teach below. That bastard looked as though he had crawled out of a pool of blood, his entire body long since drenched crimson. Yet his face was filled with a crazed smile for one reason only: that blood was all its own!

The King of Heaven's current condition was the most miserable it had been in a thousand years!

Its face was covered in blood, and only a few of its sharp teeth remained. One of its thick right arms had been broken, its right leg was heavily injured, and its left leg was in somewhat better condition, though the bone in its lower leg had been snapped. Its body was covered in wounds. While such minor injuries could not affect it much given the strength of its flesh, the enormous bloody hole in its abdomen could not be ignored! Looking at the shape and size of that hole, then at the fresh blood on Teach's right arm, it was clear that Teach had seized an opening and driven a right fist coated in Conqueror's Haki through its abdomen! For an ordinary person, that would have been a fatal injury. But for the King of Heaven, whose body was extraordinarily powerful, it was still not enough to kill it!

But its situation was far from optimistic!

After fighting Teach for so long, it had only inflicted substantial damage with a few attacks! This human's body was not as tough as its own, but it was still terrifyingly resilient!

In other words, it had to face Blackbeard Teach, who was practically at full strength, while dragging around this battered, grievously injured body!
