"You want them for what? To work out in space?" Naruto froze at Boros's demand and blurted out the question.

"To sell them as merchandise, of course," Boros replied matter-of-factly. "In the vast reaches of space, most intelligent species are unique."

"Honestly, I've never seen intelligent life shaped like you before. I'm sure you'd fetch a high price on the Interstellar Black Market."

"Well? It's a good deal, isn't it? You have one minute to decide."

"You've got to be kidding me!"

Uncontrollable fury erupted inside Naruto. Golden Nine-Tails Chakra boiled violently around him.

"I don't need to think about it!" Naruto's voice cracked through the hall like thunder. "I will never sell out my people! Never!"

The twin swords of Sasuke's Susanoo blazed brighter. Every weapon system on Sasori's Steel Gundam went on standby, and Deidara's Clay Giant clenched its fists again, ready to self-destruct at any moment.

The three of them had made their positions clear.

Boros looked at the four of them. Disappointment flickered in his single eye, but the coldness of a man defied ran deeper.

"Very well." He descended from his throne. With each step, his presence intensified. His small frame seemed to become the center of the universe, radiating suffocating pressure.

"It seems you still don't understand the absolute difference in our strength."

He raised his head, fixing his single eye on the four giants before him.

"Then let me see for myself what you native powerhouses are capable of!"

The golden Nine-Tails, Perfect Susanoo, Steel Gundam, and Clay Giant towered before Boros.

He stood in the center of the hall, tiny as a skiff in a storm, yet his face held an almost bored indifference.

"Being big doesn't always mean being strong, natives," Boros said, as though stating a universal truth.
