[His figure vanished again, then suddenly appeared before Mikoto Misaka even faster than before. His Ninja Sword swept down with unstoppable momentum, putting all his strength into the blow!]

[Damian felt the sword in his hands grow impossibly heavy, as though an enormous weight were pinning it down. No matter how hard he strained, he could not move it another inch.]

[Mikoto Misaka merely gave him an indifferent glance and flicked her finger to the side.]

[Damian felt an irresistible force surge through the sword. Dragged along by his own Ninja Sword, he was hurled away and tumbled several times across the ground before finally steadying himself.]

["Since you're trying so hard," Mikoto Misaka finally said, her voice carrying a hint of appreciation but far more absolute confidence, "I'll count it as your win if you can withstand this next attack."]

[As she spoke, she recalled all the kunai floating around her, then leisurely took an utterly ordinary coin from her pocket.]

["Stop joking!" Damian roared in humiliation as he struggled to his feet. "How could I possibly lose to a coin?!"]

["Oh? Is that so?"]

[The corners of Mikoto Misaka's mouth lifted slightly as she flicked the coin into the air. The instant it rose to eye level, her thumb snapped forward, and a dazzling blue-white arc of electricity crackled at her fingertip.]

["Railgun!!!"]

[BOOM!!!]

[An orange-red beam erupted from her hand like the roaring spear of the Thunder God! It was not light, but a jet of metal accelerated to the utmost limit. With an explosive crack that tore through the air, it crossed the distance between them in an instant, too fast for the eye to follow!]
