Jiang Chen's face darkened.

"Are you trying to tell me how to do my job?"

Bibi Dong was shaken, but she knew his temper. She could only bite her lip in anger.

"I wouldn't dare!"

"Then keep your mouth shut!"

He turned away coldly. Jiang Chen looked once more at the bewildered Little Fairy Doctor.

"Let me make this clear. Once you join the Foundation, any schemes you hatch will implicate the entire Battle Through the Heavens Continent. When that happens, no one will be able to save you!"

"I understand!"

The Little Fairy Doctor's expression hardened. "You've made it perfectly clear. Why would I do something so foolish?"

Hearing that, Bibi Dong had to admire Jiang Chen. He had brought the woman around in just a few sentences.

Not everyone could do that. Jiang Chen clearly knew what he was doing.

"Since you've made your decision, we can leave it at that."

Jiang Chen turned. "Come with us. It's your only choice. I'll still need to consider whether you can join the Foundation."

The Little Fairy Doctor froze.

"Weren't you the one who invited me? Why do you still need to consider it?"

Jiang Chen scoffed. "I invited you. I never said you were guaranteed a place in the Foundation. While I consider it, you'd better not get any ideas."

The Little Fairy Doctor's face went livid with anger.

"Do people in the Foundation always scheme against others like this?"

Jiang Chen walked over, his expression unchanging and his gaze resolute.

"I've made myself clear more than once. If you don't like it, leave. Don't put on an act here. I don't have the patience to keep repeating myself!"

Bibi Dong gave a cold laugh.

"Little Fairy Doctor, if you want to stay alive, do something to show
