This Is the Transformation Technique

Kisame and Zabuza's pincer attack bore down on Yugito in an instant.

Scalding steam still rolled through the forest. Orange-red Chakra enveloped Yugito completely, and two Chakra tails extended behind her.

The tails blocked Kisame's and Zabuza's blades, one on each side. Both strikes slammed into the Tailed Beast Chakra without breaking through its defense in the slightest.

The Chakra spilling from Yugito rose to the level of an Elite Jonin, then stopped. In her eyes, that much power was enough to deal with these Kirigakure Ninja.

At a thought, her Chakra tails lashed outward and sent both men flying.

Yugito tapped a foot against the ground and used the recoil to launch herself straight at the Kirigakure squad.

Mei Terumi knew they had no chance in a head-on fight. Their only goal now was to hold Yugito back long enough for Tōya to reach the Central Tower.

"Kisame, keep her busy from the front! Zabuza, circle around and look for an opening!"

Mei shouted the orders, her hands flying through Hand Seals as she unleashed another Water Release Ninjutsu.

Kisame gripped his Ninja Blade and strode forward. Water coiled around the blade as he brought it down on Yugito. Zabuza raised his own Ninja Blade and swung hard from the side.

But with Tailed Beast Chakra behind her, Yugito's speed and strength were on another level.

Yugito turned her wrist and drove out a heavy punch. The impact sent Kisame stumbling backward, his chest tight with pain.

She slid sideways, easily avoiding Zabuza's slash, then slammed her elbow into his shoulder.

Zabuza grunted as the blow sent him flying into a tree trunk. A wide crack split the thick wood.

Mei's Water Release Ninjutsu struck the orange-red Chakra, only to vaporize and burst away.
