Queen Sara had gotten married only yesterday, and today she wasn't feeling well. There was only one possible explanation...
A blush rose to Masako's cheeks as she glanced at Naruto Uzumaki.
He had left Queen Sara unable to get out of bed.

Seeing Sarai's confusion and Masako's imagination running wild, Naruto quickly changed the subject.
"Sarai, Masako, I'm taking Sara and leaving the Country of Roran."

Sarai and Masako cried out at once. "Lord Naruto, why would you do that?"
"The Country of Roran can't lose its queen," Masako said firmly.
"You know I'm a ninja from Konoha—"
Before Naruto could finish, Sarai interrupted him. "Even so, can't you stay in the Country of Roran, Lord Naruto?"
"Or you could go back to Konoha alone and visit Queen Sara whenever you miss her."
They understood why Naruto wanted to leave.
But taking their queen with him seemed cruel.
Without a queen who could control the Dragon Vein, the Country of Roran would be doomed in the depths of the desert.
