Scarlet Witch Wanda appeared at Kamar-Taj's base.
The sorcerers of Kamar-Taj were full of curiosity about this striking member of the Avengers.
They were all sorcerers who spent their days practicing magic.
But unlike superheroes, they rarely appeared in public.
When it came to fame, there was no comparison.
No one would recognize an ordinary sorcerer on the street, while Wanda was one of the biggest celebrities in the world.
Plenty of young men at Kamar-Taj followed gossip from the outside world, too.
Now a celebrity had appeared in the flesh.
Naturally, a crowd gathered to get a look.
"All right, that's enough."
"Get back to what you were doing."
"Why are you blocking the hall? Have you even finished your morning practice?"
Strange turned and glared at the gawkers.
Only after he spoke did the apprentices scatter.
Strange turned back with a smile.
"Wanda, come with me. Sorcerer Ren is waiting for you."
"Of course. Sorry for the trouble, Doctor Strange."
Wanda nodded politely.
Whenever Ren went out on business, he usually brought Strange along to run errands.
Over time,
Strange had become friendly with several core members of the Avengers.
So when Wanda came to visit, Ren had sent Strange to receive her.
The two walked down the corridor.
As they passed several training grounds, Strange played tour guide, briefly introducing Wanda to the base's facilities.
Before long,
they arrived outside Ren's luxurious Tea Room.
"Sorcerer Ren, I've brought our guest."
Strange opened the door, his manner respectful.
"Strange, Wanda, come in and sit down."
"Try some of the Sorcerer Supreme's prized tea."
Ren greeted them with a smile and poured two cups of steaming tea.
Wanda seemed a little tense as she sat on the sofa with her hands
